Staying with City Apartments

City Apartments strive to make your life as easy and relaxed as possible. With over 15 years of experience, we have perfected our guest booking, check-in and check-out procedures to ensure the whole journey is easy for our guests. Below is a quick guide on what to expect when you stay at on of our serviced apartments.

Book your serviced apartment

We’ve made it incredibly easy for our guests to book one of our serviced apartments. You can use our online booking system, or if you would prefer to call a member of the reservation team on 03302 23 40 23.

You’ll receive confirmation of your booking

Once a member of the team has confirmed your booking you will receive a confirmation email with all the information required to collect your welcome pack on the date of your stay.

Our reservation team will call you before your stay to make sure you understand how to collect your welcome pack.

Remember a security deposit of £100 will be taken on the day of check-in, so make sure that you have funds available to avoid any confusion on arrival.

Pick up your welcome pack on the day of check-in

On your day of check-in, you pick up your welcome pack either at our office or from the secure 24-hour pick-up location detailed in your confirmation email. You can pick your pack up from 2 pm onwards.

Your pack includes your keys, parking permit and directions to the apartment you will be staying in. It will also contain information on how to access the apartment, so make sure you read it carefully.

If you are staying in Northampton your confirmation email will contain additional information about picking up your welcome pack as the process differs slightly from our normal procedures.

Settle down for a relaxing stay

Use your pack to find your apartment. Make yourself at home and enjoy the additional space you get with our apartments over a hotel room.

If you are a long stay guest our housekeeping team will clean and service your room once a week.

Our reservation team are on hand to help with any queries and issues you may have during your stay.

Drop off your pack on the day of check-out

On the day of check-out just drop your complete pack to our office or to the secure 24-hour pick-up location detailed in your confirmation email. You must drop your pack off by 10 am to avoid any late check-out fees.

If you would like a later check out than 10 am you can request one by calling our reservation team on 03302 23 40 23. Late check-out costs £10 per hour for up to 4 hours. Please note you must arrange your late check-out at least 24 hours before your check-out date.
