Our Vision

The Serviced Apartment industry is moving at a rapid pace, gaining momentum around the world. Technology is playing a large roll in this growth with guests and customers wanting services that are easy and convenient as well as being available 24 hours 365 days of the year. Our vision is to create services and solutions through technology to provide innovative solutions to the industry and our guests. The key will be to ensure we maintain our personal touch, ensuring that systems do not create a barrier between ourselves and our guests.

We pride ourselves on our face to face approach, ensuring we don’t just send all of our guests to a security box to pick up keys. There is a danger that technology can get in the way of this face to face approach. However, we are confident that not only can we introduce new convenient ways in which to interact with our guests, but keep building the personal relationships we have with each guest.

Over the next few years we will be heavily focusing on our existing systems to improve the convenient booking journey available to our corporate clients; ensuring that booking, invoicing and amendments can all be completed online 24/7. We will also be extending this functionality to the leisure market through our City Champions scheme. However, we won’t be neglecting the basics and will ensure that built into the foundations of every procedure and process there is always a real person to talk to, to continue building long lasting relationships with all of our guests.
