General

How can I make a booking?

You can contact our reservation team on 01908 60 70 80 or email them at info@cityapt.co.uk. If you prefer you can also check availability and book online.

How do I find your office?

Our office is located at Unit A/G, Witan Studios, Witan Gate West, Milton Keynes, MK9 1EJ. There are driving directions and a map available on our contact page.

Is parking provided?

Each of our apartments comes with one free allocated space. If you wish to park additional cars, there is plenty of street parking available close to our apartments. Unfortunately, we cannot offer additional allocated spaces for your stay due to a limited amount of availability.

Do you allow smoking in your apartments?

UK legislation does not allow smoking in serviced apartments. Therefore, we do not allow any smoking in our apartments. All guests must leave the building if they wish to smoke.

If any evidence of smoking is found in your apartment you will be fined £100 to cover the costs of specialist cleaning of the apartment.

Are pets allowed in your apartments?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets under any circumstances to stay in our apartments.

Your Stay

Someone else has parked in my allocated parking bay?

If you find someone else has parked in your allocated parking bay, please contact the team immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do not park in a bay other than the one listed on your welcome pack without prior written/verbal permission from a member of the team. We will not be held accountable for any fees incurred due to parking in a bay other than the one provided.

I require an additional bed for my stay?

You can request an additional bed in your apartment by contacting our reservation team on 01908 60 70 80.

Please note, additional beds are subject to availability and an additional fee.

When will my deposit be returned?

We pre-authorise £100 security deposit on your check-in day. The amount held against your account will be released within 48 hours of your check-out day. Please note that it can take 3-5 working days to show in your account.

What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Details on how to find our check-in office and collect your check-in pack can be found in your confirmation email.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 10:00 am. You must have returned your keys to the office by this time to avoid any late check-out fees. We do offer a late check-out service which is charged at £10 per hour, up to 4 hours. If you would like to book a late check-out please contact our reservation team who will be happy to assist. Please note you must arrange your late check-out at least 24 hours before your check-out date.

Please note, late check-out is subject to availability.

How do I collect my keys?

On check-in, you will receive your welcome pack which will contain your apartment keys, access fobs and instructions on how to find and enter your apartment building. Information on how to check-in is contained in your confirmation email.
