A. Is the apartment fully furnished and well equipped?All of our apartments offer you a home-from-home feel and are fully furnished to a high standard. You can dine in as our kitchens offer everything you require to prepare a meal. If working away all apartments have unlimited wi-fi inclusive. Bed linen and towels are also provided and your apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis. ^ Back to Top
A. If I book an apartment for longer period can I receive a discount ?We do offer time sensitive discounts depending on the length of stay and have now introduced much lower rates for reservations confirmed for three months or more - please call 01908 60 70 80 or 0773 547 6121 for further information. ^ Back to Top
A. What is included in the price ?Our rental prices include all utilities, private secure allocated parking, wi-fi, SKY and a weekly housemaid service. There is nothing else to pay apart from private telephone usage which is invoiced at the end of your stay. ^ Back to Top
A. Is there internet access available in the accommodation ?Yes, unlimited usage wireless internet access is available in all of our apartments at no extra cost. ^ Back to Top
A. Is there parking available ?All of our apartments are offered with either a garage or private, secure allocated parking spaces. There is no extra charge, parking is included in our rental rates. ^ Back to Top
A. What is the minimum booking period ?We now offer flexible stays from as little as one night. Occupancy starts from 2pm and departures must be no later than 10am, unless otherwise agreed by our team. ^ Back to Top
A. Where in Milton Keynes are the apartments ?We have four sites in all four corners of Central Milton Keynes.
Our Theatre District and 897 Silbury sites are located near Campbell Park, the Arts Centre and the coachway. Whilst our Vizion and Hub locations are located in the business district and a short walk away from the train station.
All are just footsteps away from Central Milton Keynes shopping centre and Xscape. ^ Back to Top
A. What payment methods do you accept ?Payment can be made by, cash, cheque, BACS, credit or debit card. Please make cheques payable to City Apartments MK Limited. We do charge an additional 2% when paying by credit card but there is no additional charge for the use of a debit card. ^ Back to Top
A. Do we show our own apartment images ?We pride ourselves in showing 100% genuine images of our apartments, unlike other Milton Keynes serviced apartments companies who use stock agency photos on their websites. ^ Back to Top
A. Do I need to add VAT to the nightly and weekly rates.Yes you do need to add VAT at 17.5% for the first 28 days of your stay. From day 29 onwards the VAT reduces to just 3.5% making your apartment rental inexpensive when compared to just a hotel room. Lots more for lots less! ^ Back to Top

A. Do you allow stag and hen parties.No - under no circumstances do we allow parties of any kind to be held in our apartments. If a guest is found doing so then they will be asked to evacuate immediately without any refund. ^ Back to Top
